AUCA to Host ACEP Leadership Academy on October 17–18
The American University of Central Asia’s Center for Civic Engagement (CCE) will host the Afghan Civic Engagement Program (ACEP) Leadership Academy on October 17–18, 2026, at Olive Hotel Ala-Archa.
The two-day academy will bring together Afghan AUCA students for workshops on leadership, project design, grant writing, budgeting, fundraising, implementation, and project evaluation. Participants will develop project ideas, prepare initial proposals, and present them to a panel of judges for feedback.
The academy will prepare students to apply for ACEP project grants of up to $5,000 to support student-led initiatives addressing community needs.
The ACEP call for applications opens on October 22, 2026.
